Yoga Fundamentals (6-Week Series)

Yoga Fundamentals is perfect for absolute beginners and anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.
A consistent yoga practice helps you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.
This class is taught by one of our experienced teachers in a semi-private setting. Class is limited to only 10 students to ensure everyone gets personalized, hands-on attention.
Each series will introduce a new progression of yoga poses, teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, and connect poses with breath in a moving meditation. All classes conclude with savasana, a pose of blissful rest and relaxation.
The course will build progressively on lessons learned in previous weeks and will prepare you to step confidently into any of Yoga Hour classes.
Yoga Fundamentals typically sells out quickly. It is offered every 6 weeks and we recommend making a reservation in advance to guarantee space. Drop-in’s are allowed but it is recommended to attend the entire series to get the most out of the series.
