Yoga for Healing–Understanding Chronic Fatigue/Low Immunity from a Yogic and Ayurvedic Perspective

We often don’t notice we’re in patterns of chronic stress or chronic fatigue until we hit a wall and we end up sick, burnt out, or acting in ways that are not the best versions of ourselves.
The language of the body can be subtle, until all of a sudden it’s screaming.

During this workshop:

We’ll explore the ways in which humans are built to handle stress diving into the nervous system and understanding the importance of REST!

We’ll start to tease out patterns in our lifestyle that are causing imbalance and then call on the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda to create:

  • habits that help keep ourselves in balance,
  • bolster our immune systems, and most importantly
  • begin to have a conversation with our bodies before they start screaming.

You’ll leave this workshop with not just an understanding of how we respond to stress, but a daily routine to help keep you rested & imbalance!
