Yoga Basics is a 4-week series class that’s perfect for absolute beginners and anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.
A consistent yoga practice helps you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.
Learn how to:
- Align poses
- Focus on breath
- Increase flexibility
- Improve Balance
This class is taught by one of our experienced teachers in a semi-private setting. Each class will introduce a new progression of yoga poses, teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, and connect poses with breath in a moving meditation.
The course will build progressively on lessons learned in previous weeks and will prepare you to step confidently into others yoga classes.
