Candlelight Yoga Special
This is just what you need to truly relax. In a safe and welcoming environment, leave the work to use. Your job is to settle in and allow you body and mind a much needed break from life.
Restorative Yin Yoga practice is all about slowing down your mind and opening your body through passive stretching. During long holds of various seated and lying poses, your muscles and connective tissue (joints, ligaments, fascia) are given time to soften and let go, improving the energy flow . It’s a unique feeling because props are used to support your body in most of our classes.
Julie is excited to invite each of you to a special in person restorative yin yoga at Bhava. Saturday October 24th at 5:00pm I will be offering a cozy candlelight 75 min. class. Please reach out to Bhava to read their COVID safety measures.
