| What’s the Bhav?
It’s
pure intention, an inspired attitude, heartfelt expression,
creating art with our yoga and revealing our innate joy through
our practice. It’s the deepest feeling from your heart
expressed through your yoga poses to create Oneness and a practice
that flows with inspired energy from the inside-out.
Bhava Yoga Studio’s vision is to
provide the greater Albuquerque area with a center for cultivating
vibrant health; with a school for the practice, study and teaching
of Anusara Yoga; and, with a community which is inclusive, life
affirming, and centered in the heart. Bhava’s highly trained
teachers welcome you and invite you to join us for the uplifting
practice of Anusara Yoga. May you know and experience your great
Self through this practice. May you, with this awareness, join
us in the celebration of that Union.
With Many Blessings to You,
Bea

Angie Campbell
Angie's search for peace and happiness led her to dabble in yoga philosophy in the late 90s;
now she can't imagine life without it's gifts.
As a dancer, exploring the potential of human movement and expression have always intrigued and informed her.
Her drive to practice, study and teach hatha yoga has shifted over the years. She sees this honing in on the
heart and all that is life affirming as a marker to the efficacy of what began as an eclectic yoga practice.
She feels deep gratitude for the teachings and her teachers. Angie brings to her teaching extensive experience
with bio-mechanics and somatics having studied Pilates, the Feldenkrais method, Alexander technique and others.
She has studied yoga with luminaries; Erich Schiffmann, Rod Stryker, Tias Little, Jill Miller and Bea Doyle.
She's also totally thrilled about teaching in the Albuquerque kula!

Mikhayla Harrell
first discovered Yoga in a dance class in college. As one of her colleagues gracefully moved into a shoulder stand,
her curiosity was piqued and her love for the practice began. Coming from a dance background, Mikhayla found yoga to
be an incredible solution for physical limitations and ailments. Mikhayla has studied several major yoga styles
throughout the past 11 years, including Asthanga, Kripalu, Restorative and Anusara Yoga. She received her Yoga
Teacher Certification in 2002 and has been teaching joyfully ever since. She is now enthusiastically working

Thomas Bonner
first discovered his love for yoga over ten years ago. As an avid rock climber he quickly discovered the benefits
of flexibility and strength that come from a regular yoga practice. In 2005, he began practicing Anusara Yoga and
quickly realized that its focus on alignment and subtle body energies helped to take his practice, both on and off
the mat, to a whole new level. He began teaching at Bhava Yoga Studio in 2009 after completing his YA 200 hour
teacher training in the Anusara style with Bea Doyle. Full of energy, he brings a playfulness and passion for
yoga to all of his classes as well as a personal understanding that given the chance, yoga can change your life.
Having begun the journey to becoming a certified Anusara Yoga teacher, Thomas looks forward to many years of
teaching and sharing his love for yoga.
